I am a food stylist, home economist, recipe writer and developer, and cookery editor based in London and Hastings.

I am the author of six books: Nourish Soups, Posh Potatoes, Fool-proof Freezer and Fool-proof Slow-cooker (all Quadrille), as well as two tie-ins with popular media franchises: The Official Daniel Tiger Cookbook and The Official Neopets Cookbook (both Andrews McMeel).

I have styled cookery books for publishers including: Penguin Random House; DK; Little, Brown; Bloomsbury; Ebury; Quarto; Quadrille; Bonnier and Watkins. My work has also appeared in print media titles: The Telegraph, The Sunday Times, BBC Good Food, Daily Mail and Women's Health magazine. I have over 15 years' experience editing cookery books, and still take on editorial work on select titles.

I have worked in the film and TV industry, and my credits include sole home economist on feature film Love Sarah, The Dinner Party, and ITV drama series The Walk-In, as well as work on Dr Who, Killing Eve, The Larkins, The Witchfinder, The Old Guard, House of the Dragon and Sky film Christmas Carole. I have also helped to create cookery videos for both Public Health England and Unicef, as well as music videos.

I undertake brand advertising and marketing work via my agent Rosana at Style Department. Clients include: Aer Lingus, Greggs, The White Company, MacDonald Hotels, Warner Hotels, KFC, Dr Oetker and Merchant Gourmet.
